LiteKit2: Dockerfile that setsup base python virtual environment with rknn-toolkit-lite2 installed. It tests functionality by running Resnet18. This dockerfile also takes special care to utilize system wide opencv deb dependencies and not virtual environment by pip or conda. Pip and conda have too old and/or packages that do not provide required support for orange pi 5 plus out of box.
