minor update bug fixes

tidy up the code a bit

adapt to FB changes.

adapted to newest version of FB, fixed halt at s-static... by moving tracinglistener attachment to on-modify-request (which should be correct in the first place), changed hardcode string a bit.

exception handling

automateSSO worker changed to multiple (no longer keeps track of a current one), this is used to solve pop-under/pop-up ad frames disrupting with real FB login frame.

modified rb files to deal with appid, fixes small loggin bug in ccc.js.

fill a hole where app_id cannot be obtained.

fixed automateSSO halt SSOScan because FB does not refresh permission request page in SSO process

added AppID extraction, fixed a halting bug because of facebook's latest change not fixed properly in an earlier version, tests reveal that SSOScan halts at phase 18 (not consistently reproducable)

stupid error in last commit
