Added Asset store tool package version

Fixed an error because of reference loaded multiple time.

Removed building of remote catalog manually as changing it in the editor wasn't dirtying the asset and wasn't saved

Updated to 19.3.15 that force a newer addressable package. Updated Instruction

Updated the name of the addressable window in the instruction file

Added logcat package for debugging, remove remote catalog building so it only use local bundle
