fix build system a bit (#37)

x265 main currently broken, default to building stable versions of x265 and ffmpeg.

zlib repo currently broken on macOS, pin to v1.3.0, change URL for lame download

pip svt-av2 to version 2.3.0 as recent api changes currently break it in ffmpeg

fix typo (#33)

two new issues to fix, libaom doesn't compile with LTO, ffmpeg and x265 release version are seemingly incompatible.

Update Topaz libraries

fix the shbang, which I broke a commit of two back

openssl and libcrypto dynanic libraies were being built and used, stop that so none Topaz builds are static again

Move stable ffmpeg build to 7.0.1
