Checkpoint: Fixed cumulative chart to show quarterly gap (not sum of gaps). Corrected all figures: Q2 2025 missing 1.57M vs baseline, 3.34M vs optimistic, 6.16M vs very optimistic. Renamed to "Quarterly Shortfall" for clarity. All descriptions now accurately reflect that data is already cumulative.
