Update README to specify AGPL-3.0-only

Add the Linux compile instructions to the main README.

- Quality of life improvements to compiling on linux natively. This adds a specific make and build toolpaths for native compile on Linux hosts. Now, building on a native Linux host is largely having the right dependencies in place, and doing "make linux-native".
