Extract BookmarkClient to its own module

Remove BookmarkController

Get rid of FileController

Remove unused FileController

Start converting FileController to FileClient

Don't use environment

Remove model

Rename DocumentPicker to DocumentPickerView

Rename AllTasks to AllTasksView

Add ProjectsView

Put folders in settings and make an all tasks view

Only load files with actions

Load all projects at once and only once. Also increase min to iOS 15

Make it work again
