Made the text for the number labels smaller so you can see everything in a tiny image. Uses tex for text. Fixed x,y limits.

Now you can make a 3D plot (.pdf) with make_prt3d.py

Added the needed diff_html.py

Loads images with a thumbnails prefix, 100 images are shown for reach row. Includes 'hardest images' across all runs. Accepts input runs (pickles) on the command line (output files is still assumed to be out.html)

Added a script to generate ROCs in matplotlib, especially for paper figures
