Refactored MenuWindow selection.

Started refactoring the MenuWindow into a separate class. Hooked up undo/redo to the browser's history.

Added basic undo/redo support.

Fixed Serialization issues and wired it up to the URL hash.

Converted WoodType/WoodTypes to be a Model/Store.

Prototyped serialization of a pattern.

Refactored more code into separate classes.
