Updated documentation for `addNonCriticalRequest` to add in the optional `method` and `timeout` parameters. Also added information about the `timeout` parameter. Because the `method` parameter is also part of `ajax`, I haven't added information about that parameter, assuming that it will be added to the `ajax` method by whoever is assigned to document that parameter.
