showplot can now work both in linux&win

MSE calculation included last version of MATLAB implementation is merged to master branch.

MSE*.mat changed to MSE_db*.mat

showplot is modified so as to be able to show NMSE plots, as well. Some improvements in data containers of MSE values are also made.

Channel estimation and equalizer models including MSE calculation are distributed to relevant files and ready to be run.

Save figure function is added to showplot

Bugs in MSE computation is fixed.

MSE variables are renamed.
