set mopidy to 'restart: always'

adds sample SystemD service file

fixes up the SSL config so it's only in production

adjust to new bot and try to separate production and debug

the bot service does not need to have ports open to the outside world

makes all mounts readonly

removes extranous -2 on the bot repo path
