fix typos in README

was allocating more memory than necessary

changed edge table generation algorithm, and fixed a bug

updated md5 file for correct table hash

renamed readme to rest format

re-wrote the corner_map function with a hopefully more efficient

renamed corner_hash to corner_map

added in some commented optimizations that may help

several optimizations

changed main executable name, and added tables md5

Added GPL headers to each file, GPL license file, and a helpful readme

goal.c now find all solutions at optimum depth
