Updated the slides and added a resource slide to the deck.

Moved the HOLs into their respective folders based on language. Reviewed the Semantic Kernel C# HOL.

Updated and verified python lab works. Added ending result expectation image to the markdown.

Key Enhancements Added:

Added missing Technology Stack libraries.

Fixing some issues in the lab.

Updated the documents with the latest information from Microsoft documentation and using stable versions of libraries with pre-release libraries as optional.
