Update to work with express 0.9.0 and node 0.1.92

Added some sparkle in the form of MochaUI.

Added in a layer of client event dispatching/abstraction.

Updating to cope with mootools forge'ified moosockets.

Moved the moosockets to use git submodules

Remove dependency on jQuery and introduce dependency on mootools + mochaUI instead

Added disclaimer as everyone started drawing genitals ;)

Implemented timed wipes temporarily.
