workaround to enable Boson and gracefully handle `rails console`

Remove any references to rip

Update running ripl and instructions

Add/remove gems and libraries that were causing library loading issues

Rename to install to be consistent with other repo setups

Use bundler b/c rip is rip

update clojar release, clean target and push tags :cow:

because lein deploy clojars doesn't work
