Fix race condition on initial launch of jailbreakd to improve success rate of jailbreak.

Don't spam the log while we wait for the pidpath to change

Check for all flags from jailbreakd. Add a timeout so it times out on 500 ms and doesn't loop indefinitely

Implement a better fix for jailbreakd injecting too quickly rather than simply "Trying again"

Use stderr so it's in the same file NSLog was in, and so the buffer's flushed immediately
