remove build step from Dockerfile (babel leftovers)

update Dockerfile to user node v 8

persist completed challenges and use it to only suggest uncompleted challenges

store `activeChallenge` in a subdoc

send an error message if there are no challenges

get rid of babel and rely on node >= 8.0 instead
