whoops file name changes cause problems

changed file names, added service file example (needs to be relocated upon deployment), added emoji response functionality, added animated emojis to the blacklist since they were causing problems when responding to them

added support for admins to remove messages and better logging for when they do so

better link detection (added .net, .org) and added the ability for me to remove a mocking message with a thumbs down emoji reaction
