Added item handling

Updated codebase to allow questions and answers to be processed.

Integrated with Azure OpenAI, fixed some of the logic. Added types to actions so that we can process different action types in a sensible order.

Managed to get two characters talking to each other.

Got actions all hooked up.

Improved UI. Reimplemented actions.
