Update .gitmodules

*actually* add lycoris submodule now

add submodule for lycoris to install dev branch

update torch and xformers, update sd_scripts

move the tokenizer load to only load when actually required, added some text to show when the server is loaded, suppressed the warnings that are all over the place, but never actually important

update the updater.py to skip the git updates and only runs update for the venv

add check for rtx 50 series cards and install the nightly build of torch for it, note that there are no xformers for it
