`SpectrogramImage`: truncate trailing silence

revert `TortoiseTTSGenerate` and batch spectrogram processing, `SpectrogramImage` now resizes images (to make batching less annoying, set either width or height to 0 to disable)

`TortoiseTTSGenerate` now outputs a tensor instead of list of tensors

remove spurious print statements

fixing some silly bugs

ok model loaders will still output sample rate
