Adapted fwhmfit() to work non-interactively

- check for new functions sigfil and dpc (sigma filtering and dead pixel correction) implemented in imutil. substitute if found.

updated to last version 1.5.2 to sync new git repo

- round() -> long(round()) in astro_util1.i

- utils.i loads yeti.i if present, else emulate_yeti.i

- remove strchr, strrchr, is_scalar and is_vector, they are in string.i (beware, no autoloads) ;

- move emulate-yeti*.i to emulate_yeti*.i

- move strlower & strupper from utils.i to emulate-yeti.i;

- Synchronize files with Eric Thiebaut's: fft_utils.i, img.i, plot.i, utils.i.

pyk.i: 2 bug fixes relative to pyk_sync
