Remove old readme

Cleaning up the layout files.

Major update. This mainly adds an account activity, which let's the user add and remove accounts of different types. Accounts are stored in a DB on the device.

Fix PreferenceActivity entry in manifest file.

Increase the read time out. For really big albums, the server might take a while to respond. 30s for now seem reasonable.

Fixes a compile bug

Photos will be loaded with a size that show them full-res full screen (without zooming).

Major clean-up that should fix the current state of the repo:

Update to correct project name in .project properties file.

Fixes class package.

- Re-formatted the manifest file

Submitting the Eclipse configuration file for the current PicView style.

Updated formatting: No tabs and 2-space indentation.
