removed DoubleCheckedLocking in checkstyle because it was removed in checstyle 5.6

Updated checkstyle config to newer version and added comments.

Added missing hashCode().

Transformed cast to long into multiplication with long.

Fixed bunch of checkstyle errors.

Package name fixed.

error handling with wrong arguments broke down from ArgumentHandler to each Reader class. Updated tests.

Master Server is a bit more chatty.

Updated README. Added flags to maven output
