0dc24c7View on GitHubInstead of splitting fasta into multiple fastas one per contig, a script is called to split it into multiple fasta files each covering roughly the same number of bases as the others. It can avoid excessive parallelization when there are many short contigs not worth of dedicating a whole separate job for masking.
