Minor updates from GB and tweaks to fix patch for latest gsad

Finally working. Issue was python-redis .... And there is patch failure for gsad that still needs to be resolved for the latest version of gsad.

Not sure why things are failing. Saving here so I can go backwards

Trying to get the upgrade bits for postgresql working right ... this should be it, but now there's issues with latest gvmd & gsa

Changes to fix the PG15 update

added scritp to stop all running tests.

fixed logic in build scripts for ovasbase. Changed Data refresh to skipsync and manually execute the sync to ensure latest data.

Lots of tiny tweaks to clean things up a bit addition of scipts to generate new feed data with updated compose based updater.

removed mqtt and notus-scanner and replaced with openvasd . Also moved all configs to confs folder and created testing scripts that actually create and run scans against other running containers.

minor update from GB and minimal tweaks

Fixed issue with fs-setup.sh that was copying the wrong gvmd_log.conf

environment script for builds to install everything in /artifacts

organized testing dir and added new script that will actually perform a test.
