Merge branch 'kepler-data-url' into fix-astropy-warning

figures/*.ipynb: Fix import warning as LombScargle was moved from astropy.stats to astropy.timeseries in recent versions of the astropy package.

requirements.txt: add the astroML package, used for the LINEAR datasets.

figures/Kepler.ipynb: fix the url of the .fits file, the archive now uses https instead of http.

Requirements.txt: add a small comment.

Add requirements.txt with all packages needed to be installed to get the notebooks working.
