Update README.rst

added new ignore so I don't track noise

I need to consolidate 'notes' and 'todo'...

removed unneded TODO (there will be other tools for that)

split out exceptions, helper functions, and meta classes into _internal module

implemented puke for response, cleaned up some lint

there was a bug with headers, fixing. this needs to be fixed differently

ABORT!!! I need to do headers differently, but HTTPMessage is not how to do them

updated notes for broken stuff I added to har.py. performed horrible hacks to make har.py work with new stupid stuff I added.

made request engine yield entry objects

fixed a stupid, improved header parsing in request by leveraging httplib.. next fix response

lint checks, added some notes for improvment
