Doesn't open in chrome. Can only open in live server right now. Linking the settings page made by Jess and Tharun to the My Account button is not working

Linked html pages to each button on the side bar. Current issue is linking the settings-page-main folder to the href section of the index.html file so that I can link the My Account button to the settings page created by Jesmarie and Tharun

made changes to the middle portion of the dashboard. Converted it from project updates to updates in regards to common illnesses in the area with respect to the state the user is located in. The state would depend on the user input, and the percentages depend on the API data for that respsective state.
