fix issue where filename length was set after malloc'ing it

add ability to specify a .mxt file as a library, causing absolute paths to be read from mxt file.

update metapixel prepare to support calling without outfile or table

move actual readme to readme, add compiled files to gitignore

add mac compatability, update rwimg version to latest

check in current version of metapixel (v1.0.2)
