Added new aliases, bash functions, and new shell scripts.

Added Apache status commands to the OSX alias file.

Added shorthand Downloads directory alias.

Added gitconfig and osx-specific development alias files.

Added a few new aliases I've been using, cleaned up some dotfiles.

Adding bash aliases file to bash folder

Updated some folder names for clarity.

Renamed the ezalias bash script to addalias, updated the code as well as the documentation. Usage should be much more clear now.
