[Bugfix] 3 bugs: 1.) Refresh of QA names needed after preset name edit; 2.) GDEC preset filenames had wrong format; 3.) "Really no saving" question was missing after "Open Recent" event

[Feature] Edit preset names in table (Doubleclick or ENTER), new names will be saved to preset XMLs, with Undo/Redo support

[Improvement] During drag we get a thin insertion line and after drop we get Apple's cool animated "remove rows" and "add rows"
