alert for recruiters done

started implementation alert for recruiters

fixed titles and make funkcionality to display them in responsive way

corrected styles with buttons on main page

changed displayed avatar in memberPage, fixed few warning and error in console, fixed error with displaying member page

changed way how o displayed bacgraoun img and avatars in friens list,friends requests, in details card and in creating events page, also refactored api paths and splited it to difrent files

changed way how to displayed bacgroud img in events card and added default img while img is downloading

avatars in events card fixed and refactored

fixed problem wiht navigation menu, now isn't displayed in login or rejestraction site when user isn't logged

fixed error with messages, now there are working well and display in real time, did some refactor

refactored conversation, and improved functionality to display image

added few custom usehooks like useSearch or usefilter, seperate conditions to file in utils, fixed few errors with syntax
