fix cmd_valid not being a pulse

can do arbitrary matmul

change cfu global memory to be byte-addressable

fixed matrix multiply format transformation error

added random 4x4 matrix unit test

can do matrix multiply in sim

can write and read matrix A,B on FPGA

move most of logic into combinatory always blocks

can successfully readout A,B and write AxB to C, added debug mode

solve opcode not storing correctly

can possibly store into A and B

can output matrix C correctly
