long time bug in dotmatcher. Seqs were not displayed as they were named. Convince your self by trying two sequences of obviously different sizes

me fix dpkg-control; I do not want to fiddle around with emboss short before the release since hurd-i386 is no release architecture anyway

Enable build on hurd
