Added more detail in the index.html page, plus some syntax highlighting examples. Also added some typed array stuff ready for later.

Added uTF8/UTF16 comparison

Slight tidy up

UTF8 encoding / decoding, and continuous writing to type arrays.

More refactoring, added a form to the index page.
