Upgrading typeahead to 0.9.3

Update to Typeahead version 0.9.0

Don't initialize typeahead.js if there are no datasets selected on the options page.

Clean up

Add a settings page to choose included datasets.

Add post and pages methods to the json api class.

Clean up javascript a bit.

Fix string-integer error.

Fix incorrect version number. 0.8 to 0.8.1

Update to latest version of typeahead.js, 0.8.1

Delete rouge space.

Check the version of jquery to be sure it is at least 1.9.0 and register a new version if needed.

Added users to the api class.
