update readme, edit fly config file to fix bug with image persistence

resolve merge conflicts

fix active page selected in nav bug, put in icons for buttons, fix button positioning, fix bug with new kudos displaying as old and new, fix bug so different users can have hobbies with the same names, delete unused empty files that djanog auto made
