Rails-api 4.0.0.beta1 is faster than full rails but twice slower than Goliath anyway

add brand new Rails-api + Grape endpoint (light Rails 4.0.0.beta1 micro-framework)

categories matcher with regex is working: categories.to_s.should =~ /Ruby Web Frameworks/

rspec matcher quite ok but still not perfect

add goliath/test_helper and follow Goliath spec/integration/template_spec.rb example

http://localhost:9000/v1/categories/ works in the browser, rspec still not working

fix GET /api

rspec + categories.json + Gemfile update, ... still in progress

add a banchmark of Goliath, on a local Ubuntu 12.04 LTS machine, whith ruby 1.9.3p194 (2012-04-20 revision 35410) [i686-linux]
