MW-4347: Updating PID loop default value defines to be determined based on the model type of the build

Updating version info to 7.6.1

Messing with the PID loop values some more

7.5.10: Modified PID loop values (basically retuned the loop), max error accumulation set to 512, pid bypass delta set to 10 (instead of 25)
