Pull version from mb_version using mb_install

Update mw-scons-tools ref to get mb_version whitespace fix

Set maxSpurLength to the filament width so that we're getting all the shells we used to, and use mitred corners on all shells

Don't do the loop drop method if we're not doing spurs, and make sure the spur span fudge factor is bigger than the loop drop fudge factor, so anything dropped from a shell is detected as a spur
