Added href assets describtion

Downloaded theme primer file

left only style.css in assets folder

Created assets root folder and moved all files there

Placed css file in root directory

Update from ./style.css to css/style.css

Changed name from test.css to style.css

Update ./test.css as opposed to css/test.css

Changes scss format to original css

Changed css file format to scss

Created a css test html page and css file

Spellcheck "elemnt" to "element"

Update test.html

Added cat image and a few more elements
