API rewrite (#1)

SQL integration is done. I think it is fair to say that the basic rewrite is over. Now, maybe I should branch for each part of the API?

Removed another bunch of files. Included SQL files

Restructuring project directory tree and removing bash dependencies

Committing before trying to set virtual environment

Utterly basic integration between frameworks is accomplished

deleted Bash and Python stuff, now I can do everything in JS and avoid dependencies

All that improved a lot by reducing download sizes. However, user interface stills feels weird in throttled connections. Everything is shown before we actually have information, then everything chances and it is confusing
