Bug fix: Allow scroll on Android devices.

Changes to fix a bug that didn't allow to use the generator in English. Now the input can be in English, the parser uses English and the generator generates in Spanish. This output has later to be translated into English. This is just for testing purposes.

Commented line 87 of BoardInterface.php. Group by was redundant and gave problems in some implementations of MySQL.

Vocalware API code is required for the online voice synthetizer.
