Fixed issue with scaling. Scaling is limited to 100% increments for pixel perfect display

Implemented view scaling for Viewport class. Viewport is finished.

Added window resizing without scaling in Viewport class. Now scaling needs to be implemented

Fixed some bugs in CanvasEditor
