changed load to use chunks to reduce memory usage

updated code to only load using new approach

big update, still unstable: change print_dap() and loading, as well as bwt, fixed some bugs related to tax_doc with overflow file

changed the asserts in the print dap method to use macro instead

add verbose option if I want to avoid printing logs
