Updated the views for recepies.

Added twists list model and controller.

Added twist it up functionality to app. Jose was here.

Added links to the navigation and started creating a twist it up function for the recipes

Created a navigation bar, and updated the slider menu.

added a menu slider to header that uses a jquery plugin.

Implemented jquery mobile's javascript and css files in the frontend.

Added the databse in the db folder. Edited the models of ingredients and recipes.

Restarted the entire app. Used cakePHP to create he backend.
