add tests for teeClient attempts for various responses, handle some responses better now

clean up, add user.json for adding user details more easily

add checking for multiple error cases, handle tee time retries properly and in good time

flesh out redis connectivity, pull and parse data from redis

adjust docker network, get api requests parsing and ssaving to redis

Add result checking for success and already booked conditions

add router endpoint, adjust teeTime struct

add git ignore and data bind redis

Get Dockerfile and docker compose going, runs with health endpoint

init teebot working as static function
