made index file able to access bower components by moving it into the client folder so they would be served up to the server

added ngroute module

added gitignore file and server working

removed node modules and added server

added user profile card, shows lists, friends

added css file, gave each section a color, added users and friends

Currently shows a list of the lists and can click on one to display the entire list
